63/37 Solder Stick offered comes with advantage of low oxide in metal which provides for less dross as well as high productivity support. Other than this, these solder sticks offer optimum surface finish post soldering operations. Some of its features include fine grain structure that ensures melting occurs at minimum temperatures, saves melting time because of low oxide presence in metal, provide for rapid and uniform solidification, transition from liquid to solid at single temperature, closer grain boundaries, manufactured using virgin raw material, high productivity in terms of soldering area, fast cooled joints and others.

• At a time 150 Kg to 200 kg Melted in Single Batch, which saves melting Time causes Low Oxide in metal. At a time 10 sticks of 1 kg each are casted. Continuous water supply solidify metal very quickly, rapidly and uniformly. The liquid to solid transition take place at a single temperature with no pasty range and minimum solidification time. This Achieves the Grain Structure and closer grain boundaries.
